Chrysalis

Chrysalis is a Los Angeles-based nonprofit focused on removing barriers to employment for underserved populations, with a long-term goal of career development. For their 2026 Spring Appeal, I mapped out a multi-channel donor journey and crafted narratives across direct mail, email, and social media to inspire giving.

In addition, I created rapid-response message protocols, wrote executive communications for both internal and external audiences, and developed donor-centric strategy and copy for a series of emails clarifying the organization’s evolved mission in advance of a rebranding campaign.

UCLA

Philanthropy Forward, launched in 2020, is UCLA Development’s central website for donor stewardship. As the content manager, I wrote powerful stories of transformation, managed end-to-end content production, and optimized every page to ensure maximum reach.

In collaboration with Annual Giving, I also wrote digital and print messaging for yearly campaigns such as Blue & Gold Challenge and Undergraduate Research Week, solicitation ads in UCLA Magazine, and return-to-campus welcome communications following an 18-month closure due to COVID-19.
